The Stompgrip Monthly Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and operated by Stompgrip, Inc., located at 15431 Chemical Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92649, USA ("Sponsor").
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not eligible.
Participants must provide accurate information and may be required to verify their identity, age, and US residency before receiving a prize.
Each individual may win only one Stompgrip Monthly Giveaway Sweepstakes prize, including across future annual promotional periods. Previous winners are permanently ineligible for additional prizes under this program.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes operates during a defined annual promotional period, beginning on November 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time and ending on December 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Promotion Period").
The Promotion Period consists of twelve (12) scheduled monthly drawings.
One (1) potential winner will be selected on the first Monday of each scheduled drawing month. The first drawing will take place on December 7, 2026, and the final drawing will take place on January 3, 2028.
For online entries, each drawing includes eligible entries submitted by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the final calendar day of the preceding month. Mail-in entry deadlines are described in Section 4.
Entries received after an applicable monthly deadline will be considered for the next scheduled drawing, provided that drawing occurs during the Promotion Period.
Eligible entries automatically carry forward to subsequent monthly drawings during the Promotion Period unless withdrawn, disqualified, or selected as a winning entry.
Entries do not automatically carry forward into future annual promotional periods. A new entry may be required for each annual Sweepstakes, as specified in the applicable Official Rules.
Sponsor may offer additional annual promotional periods under separately published Official Rules.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
There are two methods of entry.
A. Online Giveaway Entry
Visit the official Stompgrip Monthly Giveaway landing page or complete the official giveaway popup form at stompgrip.com.
To enter, participants must:
Provide their first name, last name, and valid email address.
Complete the requested riding interest selections, if applicable.
Confirm that they are legal US residents at least eighteen (18) years old.
Agree to these Official Rules.
Submit the official giveaway entry form.
Marketing Subscription: The online giveaway form also enrolls participants in Stompgrip email marketing, including product announcements, promotional offers, new product releases, and giveaway updates, as disclosed on the form.
Existing Email Subscribers: Individuals who already receive Stompgrip marketing emails are not automatically entered. Existing subscribers must complete and submit the official giveaway form to participate.
New Email Subscribers: Individuals who are not currently subscribed may subscribe and enter by submitting the same official giveaway form.
Submitting the online form is required for online giveaway participation, regardless of whether the individual is a new or existing Stompgrip email subscriber.
B. Alternative Free Entry by Mail
To enter without subscribing to Stompgrip promotional emails, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and a statement confirming that you are a legal United States resident at least eighteen (18) years old on a 3" x 5" card.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last calendar day of the preceding month and received before the applicable monthly drawing to be included in that drawing.
Entries received after a monthly drawing will be considered for the next scheduled drawing, provided they are received within the Promotion Period and otherwise satisfy these Official Rules.
Mail-in entries are not automatically enrolled in Stompgrip email marketing.
Equal Entry Opportunity: Eligible mail-in entries receive the same odds of winning as eligible online entries. No marketing subscription is required to enter or win through the alternative mail-in method.
Entry Limit: One (1) entry per eligible person per monthly drawing, regardless of entry method. Multiple submissions, email addresses, customer accounts, or entry methods do not increase the chances of winning.
One (1) confirmed winner will receive one (1) eligible Stompgrip product kit of their choice for each scheduled monthly drawing.
Maximum Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Prize: $150 USD.
Winners may select an eligible Stompgrip product kit available at stompgrip.com with a retail value not exceeding $150.
Prize selection is subject to product availability, applicable vehicle or product fitment, and the maximum prize value.
The Sweepstakes will award up to twelve (12) prizes during the Promotion Period, with a maximum combined ARV of $1,800 USD.
Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for other merchandise except at Sponsor's discretion.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected product is unavailable.
Standard shipping to an eligible US address is included at no charge. No purchase or payment is required to claim a prize.
One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing on the first Monday of each scheduled drawing month.
Each drawing will include eligible online giveaway submissions and eligible mail-in entries received within the applicable entry periods.
Existing Stompgrip email subscribers who have not submitted the giveaway form will not be included in the online drawing pool.
Before each drawing, Sponsor will review the eligible entry pool, remove duplicate entries, exclude previous winners, and apply the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules.
Each eligible individual receives one (1) chance to win per monthly drawing.
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided with their giveaway entry.
Potential winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification and provide information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and fulfill the prize.
If a potential winner does not respond, declines the prize, cannot be verified as eligible, or has previously won a Stompgrip Monthly Giveaway Sweepstakes prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
A person becomes a confirmed winner when Sponsor has verified eligibility and awarded the prize.
Each person is limited to one confirmed win for the lifetime of the Stompgrip Monthly Giveaway Sweepstakes program.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries included in each monthly drawing.
Each eligible participant receives one entry per drawing and has an equal chance of winning.
Purchasing Stompgrip products, being an existing customer, or having a previous marketing subscription does not increase the chances of winning.
Online and mail-in entries receive equal consideration.
Confirmed winners may be announced through Stompgrip's website, email communications, live announcements, and official social media accounts.
Announcements may include the winner's first name, state of residence, and prize awarded, subject to applicable law and any required permissions.
Sponsor will not publicly disclose private contact information.

Online Marketing Subscription
By submitting the official Stompgrip Monthly Giveaway online entry form, participants agree to receive Stompgrip marketing emails, including giveaway announcements, product information, new product releases, promotional offers, and other marketing communications, as disclosed on the form.
Stompgrip uses Shopify and its email marketing services to manage customer subscriptions and communications.
Existing Subscribers
Existing Stompgrip email subscribers must submit the official giveaway form to participate. Being subscribed to marketing emails does not automatically create a Sweepstakes entry.
Marketing Unsubscription and Sweepstakes Participation
Participants may unsubscribe from Stompgrip promotional marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing communications.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not automatically withdraw an otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entry. Eligible entries remain active for the applicable annual Promotion Period unless the participant separately requests withdrawal, is disqualified under these Official Rules, or is selected as a confirmed winner.
Participants who wish to withdraw from future monthly drawings may request removal by contacting customerservice@stompgrip.com.
Stompgrip may send nonpromotional communications reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, including winner notifications and prize fulfillment, as permitted by applicable law.
Participants who enter through the alternative mail-in method are not required to subscribe to promotional marketing emails and receive the same opportunity to win.
Alternative Mail-in Entries
Individuals entering through the alternative mail-in method are not required to subscribe to Stompgrip marketing emails.
Valid mail-in entries remain eligible for subsequent drawings during the Promotion Period unless withdrawn, disqualified, or selected as a winner.
Sweepstakes Communications
Sponsor may send nonpromotional communications reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, including entry verification, eligibility confirmation, winner notifications, and prize fulfillment, as permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, conduct drawings, contact winners, fulfill prizes, and, where applicable, deliver marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Stompgrip Privacy Policy available through stompgrip.com.
Participants may request withdrawal from the Sweepstakes by contacting customerservice@stompgrip.com.
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of a prize.
Sponsor may request tax documentation when required by applicable law.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's reasonable decisions regarding Sweepstakes administration, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor may disqualify entries involving fraud, automated submissions, false eligibility information, duplicate entries, or attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected submissions or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise its operation or integrity.
Any changes will be subject to applicable law and will not retroactively eliminate prizes already awarded or unlawfully deprive eligible entrants of announced prizes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits nonwaivable statutory rights or remedies.
These Official Rules are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of California, without limiting mandatory protections or other applicable laws of an entrant's state of residence.
