Stompgrip ships products from our Southern California warehouse to customers in the United States and to international destinations served by our approved carriers.
All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the terms below.
Please note that certain geographic regions, remote areas, or countries may not be eligible for delivery due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or import regulations.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time will ship the next business day (excluding U.S. holidays).
Friday orders placed after 11:00 AMPacific Time will ship the following Monday.
Saturday delivery is available only in select areas and must be chosen during checkout.
All orders ship in the order received.
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear.
Free shipping applies to orders of $99 or more (before taxes and shipping) within the continental United States.
Free shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after the order is shipped.
Expedited options (2-Day, Next Day, etc.) are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Shipping transit times are estimates provided by carriers such as UPS, USPS, and DHL and may vary based on:

Stompgrip is not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged shipments caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or delivery refusal, the customer will be responsible for both return and redelivery costs.
Stompgrip is not responsible for losses or delays resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
No refunds will be issued for packages sent to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.
Stompgrip cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Stompgrip ships to most international destinations served by our approved carriers.
Orders to the United Kingdom should be placed through our official UK distributor, Reactive Parts, or authorized local retailers.
We currently do not ship to the Philippines.
A list of supported countries is maintained on our website and may change without notice.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by your local customs authority.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Stompgrip has no control over customs processes and cannot predict or reimburse additional charges.
If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees or restrictions, it may be returned to the U.S. and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Tracking information is sent via email once an order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to activate.

All products purchased from Stompgrip are shipped under a FOB Shipping Point arrangement.
This means the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.
