Residents of California, Colorado, and Virginia 

As of January 1, 2026, we do not meet the definition of a covered “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended.  We also do not meet this definition under the Colorado Privacy Act or the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.
