Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature and on-demand production of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-defective items. Returns or replacements are only available for products covered by our warranty policy due to manufacturing defects or warranty-related issues. Any return requests that fall outside of Stompgrip’s warranty will only be considered or accepted at Stompgrip’s discretion.

Please make sure to carefully verify your Year, Make, and Model selection, as well as the color and profile option you would like before placing your order. We provide many examples throughout the Stompgrip website showcasing our Tank Grips, 3D Griptape and Stomp Pads to help you confidently choose the correct product for your vehicle.

Warranty

Limited Warranty: Stompgrip, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase when purchased from Stompgrip, Inc. or an authorized reseller.

This limited warranty extends for eighteen (18) months from the date of manufacture. If a product covered by this warranty is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, Stompgrip, Inc.’s sole obligation, and the buyer’s sole remedy, will be, at Stompgrip’s option, to:

  • repair the product,
  • replace the product, or
  • refund the purchase price paid for the defective product.

This warranty applies only to eligible products purchased from Stompgrip, Inc. or an authorized reseller and is limited to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by law.

What Is Not Covered by Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased outside the warranty period
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unauthorized third-party marketplaces
  • Requests for refunds or returns for products purchased from third-party websites, marketplaces, or resellers; those requests must be handled through the original seller, subject to that seller’s policies
  • Damage caused by improper installation, including installation upside down, backwards, contrary to instructions, or with other installation errors
  • Products that have been removed and reinstalled, since Stompgrip products are not designed for removal and reinstallation
  • Normal wear and tear, worn-down products, or products that have been used over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, accident, improper storage, or improper handling

Stompgrip products are designed to provide traction and control and are intended to remain installed until removed at the rider’s discretion. Product lifespan after installation will vary depending on riding style, riding conditions, degree of use, and wear. For that reason, normal wear or long-term use is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship and is not covered by this warranty.

Retail Customer Returns

For retail customer return requests, please contact Stompgrip Customer Service at 1-888-612-5240 or customerservice@stompgrip.com before sending any item back.

Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Stompgrip Customer Service has approved the return in advance and issued a Return Authorization Number
  • The item is unused
  • The item is in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is within the applicable warranty or return eligibility period
  • Proof of purchase from Stompgrip or an authorized dealer is provided

Any item returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Refund Processing

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, Stompgrip will inspect the item and determine whether the return qualifies for a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

Unless required by law or otherwise approved by Stompgrip:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Please allow a reasonable processing period after the returned item is received and inspected.

Purchases from Third Parties

If you purchased a Stompgrip product from a dealer, distributor, marketplace, or other third party, you must contact that seller directly regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, or order issues. Stompgrip does not process direct refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers except as required by law or as part of an approved warranty claim.

Distributors and Dealers

All sales to distributors and dealers are final.

Returns from distributors and dealers will not be accepted unless a warranty claim is submitted to and approved by Stompgrip under the Limited Warranty above. Because many Stompgrip products are specialized and subject to shelf-life considerations, Stompgrip does not accept distributor or dealer returns except for approved warranty claims.
